Saya juga pengen bangets bisa berhenti merokok, tapi susah lho kalau kebiasaan yang lain mungkin bisa dihendel tapi kalau rokok ini susah..

namanya juga kebiasaan buruk, kalau dihentikan, ya pasti baik. Walau kadang ada efek samping. Merokok misalnya, ada efek samping sementara yang timbul. Saya sudah merasakannya

Tips nya sih kalau menurut aku, yang paling mendasar adalah niat, olahraga teratur, atur dan biasakan jam 10an malam coba deh rebahan sambil nonton tv atau dengerin musik penghantar tidur (musik klasik, jazz yang smooth etc) dan kalau udah ngantuk, jangan memikirkan hal-hal yang berat sehingga membuat otak bekerja dan gelisah. rileks aja pikirannya, serta yang utama dan jangan lupa juga adalah berdoa sebelum tidur...
