Jakarta is the capital and business center, but who would have thought property prices Surabaya able to compete with the price of property in Jakarta.
If the price is fairly expensive property in Jakarta in Indonesia, home prices in Surabaya also ranks highest in Indonesia. Because some housing in Surabaya have the higher price compared to Jakarta. Examples of new homes in Graha Famili 399/450 type sold for Rp. 3.4 billion and in Bukit Golf International Citraland Surabaya for type 400/450 sold at Rp. 5.3 billion. These prices were almost evenly distributed throughout the housing Citraland Surabaya which is also dubbed as blind "The Singapore of Surabaya"

The high prices encourage consumers to glance at the former home.
