Seroja Partners is an investment and advisory firm located in Jakarta, Indonesia. We primarily work with technology and media to help them establish a presence in Southeast Asian markets. Seroja Partners also invests in seed-stage technology and media ventures across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will take on overall responsibility for building out the Southeast Asian business of one of our technology clients.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, developing relevant sales and marketing material in conjunction with the client, and leading presentations to try and close deals with potential customers.
The candidate will take charge of all account management related matters with customers in Southeast Asia. For the avoidance of doubt, account management will include the following responsibilities:
Checking in with customers in Southeast Asia on a regular basis to ensure that they are satisfied with our client’s product and to see if they have any questions or concerns which need to be resolved
Being the primary point of contact for all customers for any customer service related issues
Working with the customer service team of our client to ensure that all the questions, concerns, or customer service requests from our customers are ultimately resolved
The candidate will liaise closely with the international client team and will be responsible for relaying all customer feedback to the client. When applicable the candidate will also leverage this feedback to work with the client to help customize the client’s product and any other relevant materials, for the Southeast Asian market

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English and Bahasa
- Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably 4) in an account management, strategy, sales, or business development role at a media agency, trading desk, marketing firm, ad-tech company, or media firm in Southeast Asia
- Independent thinker who enjoys taking leadership roles and significant amounts of responsibility
- Enjoys interfacing directly with clients
