JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Support as and 2nd level tier support activities associated with client desktop management, client hardware, client security, and client application in accordance with IT best practice & Standard Operating Procedures. The candidate will also be customer facing & therefore must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
As IT Support, the candidate should :
• Graduate from Diploma/higher with IT/Information System/other technical computer related major
• Have experiences for 2-3 years in handling IT support jobs in the scope of medium to large scale organizations
• Have strong understanding about concept of client computer management & technology, especially with Windows 7/8/8.1
• Have excellent understanding about concept and framework of security client
IT support also need to be a person with :
• Strong Communication within team
• Ability to Work independently without close supervision
• Strong Analytical thinking
• Excellent problem solving
• Integrity
• Creativity, Innovative & Pro-Active
2. MIS Reporting
Requirements :
• 1 full time position(s) available
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, any field. Preferable IT graduates/Programming Database
• GPA=3.00 or above
• Fresh graduates/Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Strong skill in PL/SQL Programming
• Familiar with reporting software : Crystal Report, Ms. Access, etc
• Good basic knowledge in database (RDBMS)
