Business Process Analyst
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Develope clear and detailed process maps and business requirements documentation.
• Identifying issues / risks and propose solutions based on process analysis.
• Work closely with Internal Audit for coordination of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process.
• Documentation of process and work flows.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience as Business Process Analyst or Consultant.
• Minimum Bachelor degree of Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Management with GPA > 3.00.
• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows.
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
• High level of competence with Ms Office-Excel and Visio.
• Having knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Risk Management or any IT/management best practices for improvement tools will be advantage.
