HR & Payroll Implementer

Main purpose of job:
• Implement HR & Payroll System especially for salary process and other payment include such as (Overtime, Jamsostek, PPH 21, etc) so that the employees right are in fullfill on time

Main Job Description:

• Conduct application implementation, especially our SPISY HR & Payroll system following our implementation procedures and standards
• Conduct application configuration & test, training, support data migration, UAT, and consultation for the User in either a classroom or client’s site, via on line, email or telephone
• Participate in product improvement (kaizen program)
• Participate in our training program to get certificate

Requirements:

• Education minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from computer/information technology
• Good skill in database query, SQL Syntax (MS SQL Server) and crystal report
• Very good in MS Excel (formula, function i.e Lookup, etc) to fast check and compare data
• Strong analytical, problem solving, accurate and conceptual skills
• Must know employee salary calculation, employee tax and requlation
• Have experience in HR & Payrolll in manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Have experiance in HR System
• Good communication business in English is a must
• Thorough and fast in calculation
• Able to prioritize task and work as a team
• Good communication and writing
• Able to start work immediately
• Strong passion in IT Works

System Analyst

Main purpose of job

To develop System Design & Functional Spec Document (FSD) and ensure all function meet with user requirements

Main Job Description

• Learn and analyse client’s business requirements
• Develop System Design, Functional Spec Document (FSD), Flow Diagram, UML Modelling
• Monitor development progress
• Ensure all function meet with user requirements and standard quality
• Develop test document

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree from of computer/information technology
• Minimum GPA 3.0 from reputable university
• Having at least 2 year experience in related job
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Strong in logical, fast to understand business flow
• Having good skill of creating diagram, UML modellin and Function Spec Document.
• Communicative, personable, presentable and articulate
• Good communication business in English and Indonesian is a must
• Have good analytical skill
• Knowing business process of Banking System, Human Resource Management, ERP System would be advantage
• Able to start work immediately
• Strong passion in IT Works
