Required language: English

Preparing a design plan, showing the site structure and how the different parts link

iOS Developer
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Proven working experience in software development
• Working experience in iOS development
• Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store
• A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch

• DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
KEY TASKS:
o Provide 1st level response to customers and partners
o Handle Incoming technical support requests
o 1st-tier Support to handle incoming request from customers
o Ensure trouble tickets are closed within the specified SLA
o To analyze and understand history of issues before providing a solution
o Troubleshooting IT related issues
o IT infrastructure/peripherals/server setup, troubleshooting and maintenance
o Perform routine IT administration tasks under the guidance of Team Leader in preparation of budgets, audit compliance and vendor management etc
o IT equipment/assets management
o Work closely with both public and private sector clients
o Conduct and record daily SMS test record
o Monitor and maintain local and overseas GSM Sim Cards
o Resolve Trouble Tickets (TT) and track issued tickets accordingly on Content Provider Access (CPA) platform
o Escalate issues whenever necessary and coordinate with Telco in order to resolve issues while keep in touch with the customer
o Whitelist IP on the firewall for CP connection
o Perform and monitor daily system performance to ensure servers, network equipment and connectivity is available
o Review and approve shortcode/keyword application
