Solution Architect
Position Summary :

The role is primarily in pre-sales, tenders and bids stage and requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to conceptualize business solution to customer. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and ERP/Database system experience is also a must.
Pre Sales Consultant/Solution Architect should be formally familiar to understand the User Requirement design such as Term of References (ToR), Post Sales in term of delivery and operational matter and highly familiar in the project methodologies for example Design & Build using sophisticated technologies in order to review the tenders/bids.

Responsibilities :
• Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle.
• To Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conduct, proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
• To propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer’s requirements.
• Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solution exist.
• Highlight the positive impact of the solutions and it how it can achieve customer’s business goals.
• Manage customer relationship by communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues.
• Actively participate in the business development lifecycle. Identify opportunities, generate proposals, and support other sales efforts, maintain profitability of the project.
• Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements.
• Improve information usefulness by tracking emerging technologies; evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements.

Requirements :
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 15 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building.
• Ability to map and configure clients’ business requirements into Dynamics AX -Hands-on experience in key Dynamics AX modules such as Finance, Trade and Logistics and Retail.
• Certifications in PMP or CISA and ERP or Database are a must, and additional certifications such as Financial Analyst or Business Management are a plus.
• Experience leading large group meetings/information gathering sessions with senior-level executives and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional experience with n-tier application architectures development. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels.
• Knowledge of Data Modelling and Data Integration.
• Experience with developing ecosystem such as Smart city, Smart complex, Smart campus, Smart building, IOT/M2M using Biometrics devices. Experience with Digital payment ecosystem such as Micro-banking/Micro-finance/Micro-payment, Insurance, Bill Payment, Mobile apps, Big Data analytics & ERP Integrations. And alo experience with Digital transportation such as Fleet Management, Logistic & Supply Chain, Air Transport Radar or ATFM (Air Traffic Flow management).
• Additional technical qualifications include hands-on experience in several of the following products or technologies such as .NET Development Platform, Java Development Platform, Transact-SQL, XML, Soap, Web Services and HTML5.

Business Incubation Assistant Manager
Responsibility :
• Develop and incubate new ICT business which will suit to Indonesia market.
• Responsible for delivering the revenue growth by promoting and selling solutions.

Job Description :
• Develop and incubate the business.
• Make sales, presentation, negotiation with customer.
• Manage relationship with customer.
• To create business model.
• Coordinate with NEC APAC (Regional Head) and NEC Headquarter.
• To maintain and create pipeline.

Job Requirements :
• Having good knowledge on IT, Network and System Integration.
• Familiar with business incubation flow and process.
• Good reporting skill.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
