Social Media Customer Relationship Officer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels (Facebook Fanpage, Twitter, Line@) in real time as necessary.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Greet customers warmly about their problem or complaints.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Daily community management, fan engagement, and content moderation on social media channels.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,Communications, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Journalism or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of proven working experience & understanding of social media platforms & respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multi tasking and organisational ability.
• Experience in handling sensitive complaints.
• Fluency in English.
• Fast learner and able to work both in a team & independently.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
System Engineer / DevOps
• Work collaboratively with Developer to create platform architecture maps.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, evolving, growing, dynamic environment.
• Maintain & documented software version.
• Backup & documented regularly VPS.
• Maintain firewall in vps function.
• Design and assist in the authoring of software tools that reliably manage application delivery.
• Design and assist in the setup and maintenance of the build/release infrastructure.
Requirements :
• Deep understanding in linux & windows server.
• Deep understanding on webserver service (apache & nginx).
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Deep understanding tcp ip concept.
• Experience with virtual private cloud environment.
• Willing to Learn Jira, docker and provide tier 1 support for developer and operations staff.
• Help provide 24x7 tier-1/2 troubleshooting and break-fix support for production services (by remote).
• 1-2 years working in a DevOps environment.
• Excellent written communication, problem solving, and process management skills.
The skills we prefer:
• Amazon Web Service Preferable.
• Asterisk & zimbra knowledge preferable.
• Docker/ Kubernetes knowledge preferable.
• Hadoop knowledge preferable.
