Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer's requirements to be mapped to IFS HR applications
• Execute project activities based on project plan within agreed timeframe, deliverables and budget
• Provide training to the customer core team member
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology / Law / Management or other related major from reputable University
• Having at least 5 years experiences as HR Generalist with last position minimum in Supervisor level
• Knowledge & understanding about Competency and Human Capital
• Knowledge using SAP, IFS, HRIS, Oracle or any human resource software is an advantage
• Have experience using ERP system, Human Resource module is a must
• Excellent in analytical skill and problem solving
• Good communication skill to all levels in the organization
• Having passion to work as Consultant with dynamic environment
• Willing to learn and travel frequently

Database Oracle Consultant
equirements :
• Male/Female max. 35 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, System Informasi, from reputable university
• Min. 3 year’s experiences in related area
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Administration
• Experience installing, configuring, tuning and upgrading Oracle database
• Having passion to work as Consultant with dynamic enviroment
• Knowledge in ERP , UNIX or LINUX is a plus
• Strong analytical skill
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Excellent in documentation and communication skills
• Able to work individual or in a team
Junior / Senior Application Engineer
Requirements :
