Analyst - Fraud Management
Responsibilities:
• Analyze activities of international roaming fraud controls to ensure minimum fraud/leakage.
• Arrange and maintain operational activities of GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) Gateway (SIMBOX) fraud controls to ensure the fraudulent traffic at minimum level
• Fraud detection and provide report of SIM Card population monitoring to ensure minimum exposure of SIM Card cloning fraud
• Gather data and process CDR (Call Detail Record)/log/data compilation from various network and IT elements for fraud forensic analysis and audit to maintain/increase fraud coverage on targeted areas.
• Monitor fraud management system alert/alarms, system performance and report generation to ensure all alerts/alarms handled properly.
• Perform/execute system/fraud testing based on testing procedure/scenario to detect system vulnerability or to ensure the system fraud controls.
Requirements :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university majoring in IT/telecom/computer science
• 3-4 years’ experience as IT/software develop or engineer
• Having background working experience in GSM operator will be advantages
• Having minimum 1 year working experience in performing data analytics or business intelligence.
• Having IT or Revenue Assurance background related field will be advantages
• Intermediate level in English (written and oral), Oracle Database, Unix
• Good Skill and knowledge on IT security area, Data analytic and business intelligent
• Basic data mining skill
• Having intermediate audit skill

Officer – Service Monitoring
Roles:
• Operate Non Billing Services, Database, Servers, Storage, Network LAN/WAN to ensure the applications availability meet the SLA.
• Check and first level trouble shoot of the problem occured in Data Centre Non Billing (DCNB) are according to SOP.
• Escalate to the next level (if the problem can not be solve ) to get immediate action to solve the problem.
• Generate and send email/SMS alert for any problems occured in order to take immediate action for problem solving.
• Provide the Incident report for any problems occured that can be used as reffence to avoide the same problem in the future.
• Process batch/recurring job and check the report to make sure the job runs properly.
• Support the project related to DCNB area to ensure application can runs properly after project completed.

Requirements:
• Academic Background: Minimum S1 university graduate in a Telecommunication, Electro and Computer Engineering discipline from a reputable university.
• Work experience: min 1 year experience
• Intermediate Operating Systems (Sun Solaris, Unix, Windows, Linux)
• Intermediate Database System (Oracle)
• Basic SOA and Sattelite application
• Basic Datawarehouse application
• Attention to detail
• Planning & organizing
• Communication skill
• Result Oriented
