Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support for customers to support post-sales and maintenance activities
2. Address all product-related queries on time
3. Train customers to use products effectively
4. Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential issues and problems
5. Report on product performance
6. Identify solutions to reduce support costs
7. Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
8. Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
9. Establish best practices
10. Ready to travel frequently (around 70% of working time)

Requirements
1. Capable of self-learning
2. Able to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
