E Commerce Product Manager
E-Commerce Product Manager will realize an excellent online commerce by defining product launch strategy and organizing multiple activities related to online commerce, from dealing with technical architectural designs to marketing campaigns, from managing customers to third party providers.
E-Commerce Product manager should ensure that both the online commerce site and mobile application deliver high-quality graphical user interface engaging customers by providing fast responses, accurate search results, instant product update alerts, rich-content product descriptions and great surfing experiences. In addition, the product manager is also responsible for conveying an elevated brand image that attracts customers by promoting sales on the web and mobile application.
The eCommerce Product Manager must have:
• Proven B2C product management experience,
• Successful experiences working with an E-Commerce platform and business savvy,
• Superb online marketing campaign strategy,
• Familiarity with Payment Gateway integration, including Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) Indonesia,
• Technical know-how on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (eg. Google AdWords),
• Fruitful applications on social media marketing,
• Profound understanding of web analytic software.
The E-Commerce Product Manager will:
• Define and execute marketing campaigns,
• Identify and assess new E-Commerce features and opportunities,
• Work directly with the content creations and merchandising teams,
• Work closely with developers in an agile development environment.
Marketing Communication
General Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Marketing, Communication, or Equivalent.
• Having a profound experiences and practices in the development of advanced marketing materials & campaigns.
• Having experiences with handling the Seminar, Event, Product Launch and Campaign Program.
• Having experience with enterprise software solution and large, complex organizations is preferrable.
• An English proficient candidate, both in oral and written.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a team as well as independently.
