Job Description
• Providing PC, Laptop and Mobiles devices support
• Providing Microsoft Windows,Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Anti-Virus,Desktop Firewall and Web Content filtering support.
• Setting up and configuring new PC, Laptop, Mobiles devices, printer, copier, scanner and fax
• Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
• Diagnosing and resolving Network issues
• Coordinate with Telco to solve network problems.
• Manage dispatch for field service
• Support and administrate overall IT infrastructures
• Support company network system
• Hardware repair, product modification
• Maintenance malfunction of products
• Create and update systems document such as equipment inventory list and monthly support report for the customer. Maintain inventory of IT-related assets.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in IT Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years working experience in End-user support
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows based workstations and Microsoft Office Application
• Knowledge and understanding in PC hardware, PC peripherals
• Understanding in network infrastructure LAN/WAN is an advantage
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
• Be able to communicate in English
• Will be placed in Thailand Branch Office
