• Developing OS Software and associated tests that are synchronized with the design documents
• Improving & optimizing OS software components
• Performing troubleshooting of issues; analyze existing systems and perform improvements
• Ensuring that the quality of software implementation meets the company standard
• Having contingency plan to anticipate drawbacks, fallbacks & difficulties during implementation
• Preparing project documentations during the application development lifecycle

Requirements

Job Summary :
As a Team Leader of Application Development, he/she will responsible with
• Development process; from the standard testing process, communicate and maintain development activities and schedule, as well as to monitor development progress and to ensure the compliance with development methodology.
• He / she also responsible to maintain resource and manage the allocation within project(s), and to provide neccessary transfer knowledge, training and development required by the development engineer.
• Development Team Leader need to manage the facilities given, as well as to maintain the design, code efficiency, scalability and modularity within the development activities. Also to provide suggestion to Hiring Manager related with the improvement of tools and process usage on testing activitiies.
Qualifications :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Mathematics, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
