how and when we used the passive voice?

passive voice used :

1. If we feel that the object of the sentence is important. the object of an active turned into the subject of passive sentences.

2. If we feel that the perpetrators of the incident is unimportant or already known. the offender does not to be called again.

3. If we feel that the subject and object of the sentence is important. in this case, we must add by + the subject of an active sentence to emphasize the importance of actors that job + the subject of an active sentence is placed immdiately after the past participle.

for example : done by Christ , by the doctor , by the boy
