Social Media
Job Descriptions
• Manage social media properties (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) including daily monitoring, posting, and content development
• Effectively represent the Agency product to the client and educate them as to its applicability to their business by utilizing social media
• Ensure that clients know to use the services and provide assistance if necessary
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis from the team
• Stay current with the latest topic trends and social media paltform trends to identify and determine which are the most appropriate strategy to be impelemnted on the integrated digital campaign, including advices on what platform that we should invest on for exploring
• Implement a standard service level of Social Media team to create a differentiation in providing services to the clients among competitors
• Working closely with all creative team member to create a strategy for developing strategic social media activities to generate conversations and engagements
• Participate in creative session for projects brainstorming and kick-offs, work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals, contributing well-developed ideas during brainstorms and conceptual meetings
• Participate in weekly Project Progress Udpate to identify un-achieved KPIs and weekly tasklist to be done and delivered to clients
• Develop proper time management to ensure projects are delivered on time
Job Requirements :
• Male/Female, max. 27 years old
• Bachelor degree in Journalism or Communications
• At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Developing and implementing social media marketing strategist
• Has a strong understanding of social networking and social media marketing
• Extremly social & creative
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Able to work in a team and tight deadlines
• Excelent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiar with blogging, social media efficiency tools

Account Executive
Job Requirements :
• Male / Female max 27 years.
• Familiar with online industry and best practices.
• Knowledge in Web technologies and SEO is a big plus.
• Able to work with and lead various type of team.
• Have a good communications skills.
• Have a good organization skills.
• Strong analytical & logical thinking.
• Able to work under tight deadline and highly motivated.
• Go through details and result oriented.
• Strong passion for and knowledge of Digital World.
• 2 years or more experience in an online environment including web development/design, content management and digital production is a plus.
• Work experiences in digital agencies is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
• Good in requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Responsibilities :
• Work with the digital team and the clients directly to understand the client's overall business objectives and strategies determine how the digital project fits into their overall business strategy.
• Work with the creative, development and new business teams to brainstorm possible solutions to client business needs and prepare estimates and timelines for Digital projects, presenting them to clients where necessary.
• Manage relationship with clients from approval to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, seeking client feedback, making modifications to deliverable and processes to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients to achieve both expectations in the same level in terms of project delivery.
• Identify the skills necessary, and lead cross functional teams (design, technology, etc.) in the delivery of each project for the agency and our clients.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Play and active role in (including leading where applicable) workshops and other briefing/brainstorming sessions to develop business requirements for projects. Communicate those requirements to the development team and ensure that the solutions meet the requirements of the clients.
• Develop detailed project plans for project delivery, communicate and track project milestones, monitor progress for all team members against each plan and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Controling project's traffics, problem solving to come up with effective and efficient solutions to overcome project's bottleneck.
• Ensure that all projects meet accepted best practices in usability and website design and support the agency ethos of creative, targeted, results.
• Collect, analize data and generate project’s reports needed.
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
