Scope of works:
• Monitor performance results of each sourcing vendor based on Multipolar standard requirements and invite only qualified vendors if there is any procurement activities.
• Prepare the necessary documents for vendor selection.
• Check price and available goods to vendor based on the purchase requisition.
• Support the development of medium to complex PR by Account Managers or end-users.
• Prepare Payment Request (PR) for advance, expense or settlement and ensure the completeness of supporting document for approval.
• Conduct vendor evaluation to ensure that the performances of vendors are qualified based on the standard requirements.
Requirements:
• S1 Degree from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline.
• Have min 2 years working experience handling procurement in IT Industry.
• Good negotiation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work with tight target, under pressure, accurate, honest & well organized
• Placement in Lippo Karawaci – Tangerang.
Account Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Achieve sales target by selling IT solution (HW, SW, Services) to his/her assigned account/client, specifically in Telco Industry or Health or Banking or Services Provider.
• Develop relationship with his/her assigned client and also with the technology partner/principal to develop creative ways in providing best and proper IT solution to clients.
• Maintain high level customer satisfaction through solution oriented selling process and manage administrative work (e.g. Proposal, contract, etc).
Reqruiements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Knowledge in IT product and industry.
