Ayam Gulung Aneka Rasa

Bahan :

1 Kg Chicken Feet, Boneless
200 gr Prawn
10 gr Bawang putih
100 gr Kemangi Fresh
100 gr Carrot julliene
50 gr Chilli Julliene
Oil For Frying
15 lb Lumpia Skin
10 gr Salt & pepper
Fruit Salad
500 gr Manggo arum manis
500 gr honey dew
200 gr Jambu Biji Merah
Dressing sauses
Sause Kemangi
Garnish
Egg Noodle

Methode :
1. Clean the Chicken Feet Boneless & choped mixed with choped of prawn. Sauce the choped of garlic add chicken meat & prawn add jullienne of Carrot & red chelli seasoning with salt, pepper, trough sauce up to cooked and just add slice of fresh kemangi at the last. Roll with lumpia skin & fry in the deep fat fryer.

2. Pelled the mango & honey dew and clean it. Cut in to dice or parisian. Mixed with kemangi Sauce.

3. Fried egg noodle into the ring for basket. Put the fruit salads in the basket & served the fried lumpia with kemangi sauce.
