Facts About Swiss-Belhotel Kuta

As a strata-title project, both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals will enjoy full legal ownership of a Swiss-Belhotel Kuta luxury suite. The owner is free to sell the strata title to a third party at any time, subject to a small administration fee.

A Swiss-Belhotel Kuta unit is expected to produce an annual net income of 27 percent for the first three years. This revenue will be paid once-yearly to an account stipulated by the owner.

To meet this projected revenue target, a thirty day annual usage limit will be applied, ensuring that management will have sufficient bookable suites to operate the hotel according to hospitality industry standards.
