+ Having at least 2 years of experience as HR Manager
+ Have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience - recruitment/build-out campus recruiting program
+ Posses strategic planning skills and general management expertise
+ Able to manage complex problems
+ Able to converse fluently in English
+ Experience working for an IT company is a plus!

+ Having at least 2 years of experience as Finance Manager
