We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for Mobile Software projects. This opportunity is for our client which is a well-known global mobile software engineering company.

Employment Type: Permanent & Full-time

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or IT.
• At least 2 Full software lifecycles as a Leader/Manager at a single employer.
• At least 3 years of experience in coordinating Software projects and teams.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experienced in unblocking developers.
• Must have demonstrated ability to solve problems flexibly.
• Must have demonstrated ability to drive team based on high level and ambiguous requirements/business goals.
• Must have experience creating concrete requirements from high level and ambiguous business goals.
• Excellent written and spoken customer communication skills in English.
• Excellent written and spoken internal communication skills in English.
• Must be eager to learn.
• Experienced in projects with distributed systems (for example web or mobile with backend).
• Experienced in Agile development practices.
• Experienced in Mobile Development.
• Should have knowledge of Software Design patterns.
• Indonesian citizenship.

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of architecture patterns is a big plus.
• Experience coding a mobile App end-to-end is a big plus.
• Japanese language skills is a big plus.
