1.Mobile App Developer - Android (REF#: MAD-A)
Job Description:
? To design, develop, test, implement, document and support of mobile
applications according to mobile development standards, best practices and
methodologies.
? Continuously find ways to improve and optimize the architecture, code and
processes of our mobile apps.
? Propose new features, functionality and ideas to improve the mobile apps.
? Work closely with other team members / mentors towards the completion of
design and development assigned features.
? Research on new technologies and make recommendations and decisions on
inclusion into the development methodologies and product architecture.
? Understand, implement and manage systems for a live mobile platform
environment
? Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:
? IT geeks with great interests in becoming mobile app developer
? Demonstrable skills (intermediate to advanced) in Android and/or Java
? Up to date knowledge on the latest UI/UX techniques the industry and first hand
experience of a mobile app user interface methods and trends
? Good knowledge in integration with third party systems
? Good knowledge in the following: API, JSON, HTTP and RESTful web services
? Good understanding knowledge in web based applications
? Team player and great collaborator, pays high attention to detail and able to work
independently with minimum supervision
? Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
? Able to work with geographically distributed project colleagues
? Knowledge or strong interest in the following area would be advantageous:
? GPS Tracking, logistics, supply chain management
? Business processes and applications such as ERP, accounting, sales,
eCommerce,
? Near Field Communication (NFC)
? SCRUM Agile Software Development

2. Mobile App Developer - iOS (REF#: MAD-i)
Job Description:
? To design, develop, test, implement, document and support of mobile
applications according to mobile development standards, best practices and
methodologies.
? Continuously find ways to improve and optimize the architecture, code and

? Propose new features, functionality and ideas to improve the mobile apps.
? Work closely with other team members / mentors towards the completion of

? Understand, implement and manage systems for a live mobile platform
environment
? Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

? Demonstrable skills (intermediate to advanced) in iOS, xCode environment
? Minimum 2 3
years working experience in a similar role.
? Familiar with the Storyboard tool (within xCode) for interface/layout design
development
? Basic knowledge on the latest UI/UX techniques the industry and first hand
experience of a mobile app user interface methods and trends
? Good knowledge in integration with third party systems
? Good knowledge in the following: API, JSON, HTTP and RESTful web services
? Good understanding of web based applications.
? Team player and great collaborator, pays high attention to detail and able to work

3. Project Manager (REF#: PM)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
Plan the project
? Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
? Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully
complete the project
? Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
? Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the
activities
? Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by
the project activities; revise the schedule as required
? Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its
completion
Staff the project
? In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or
volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
? Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of
the organization
? Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential
? Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the
project
? Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate
Implement the project
? Execute the project according to the project plan
? Develop forms and records to document project activities
? Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
? Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the
successful completion of the project
? Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the
organization on the progress of the project
? Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that
it meets the project standards
Control the project
? Write reports on the project for management and for funders
? Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements
? Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
? Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management
on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
? Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
? Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
? Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for funders as outlined in funding
agreements
Evaluate the project
? Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
? Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

4.QA Software Tester (REF#: QAST)
Job Description:
? To perform system testing and enduser
testing on our suite of solutions,
comprised of web based applications, mobile apps on both Android and iOS
platform.
? Propose new features, functionality and ideas to improve the software solution.
? Work closely with the development team and also the product owners, to ensure
the quality of software produced by the company.
? Research on new technologies or competitors solution and make
recommendations.
? Prepare test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications.
? Assist product owners in documenting functional specifications and any other
business requirements.
? Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:
? IT people with great interests in software quality assurance
? Must have a good understanding of software development process
? Have basic understanding of development methodologies, including Waterfall
and Scrum.
? Must have up to date knowledge on the latest mobile apps and a regular mobile
app user
? Basic knowledge on the latest UI/UX techniques the industry and first hand
experience of a web app user interface methods and trends
? Team player and great collaborator, pays high attention to detail and able to work
independently with minimum supervision
? Able to communicate effectively in English
? Able to work with geographically distributed project colleagues
? Knowledge or strong interest in the following area would be advantageous:
? Commerce based applications such as ERP, Accounting, Point of Sale,
eCommerce,
Loyalty & Redemption systems etc

5. Web Developer - PHP (REF#: WD)
Job Description:
? To design, develop, test, implement, document and support of web applications
according to development standards, best practices and methodologies.
? Continuously find ways to improve and optimize the architecture, code and
processes of our web apps.
? Propose new features, functionality and ideas to improve the mobile apps.
? Work closely with other team members / mentors towards the completion of
design and development assigned features.
? Research on new technologies and make recommendations and decisions on
inclusion into the development methodologies and product architecture.
? Understand, implement and manage systems for a live mobile platform
environment
? Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:
? IT geeks with great interests in becoming web developer
? Minimum 2 3
years working experience in a similar role.
? Demonstrable (intermediate to advanced) skills in the following: PHP, HTML5,
MySQL, jQuery, AJAX
? Good knowledge on the latest UI/UX techniques the industry and first hand
experience of a web app user interface methods and trends

services
