Responsibilities
About the Job
This job gives you the unique opportunity to live a founder’s life in Jakarta! Carmudi is now starting a new business modell and you get the chance to start it from scratch in the Indonesian market.
You will be kick starting the country operations, directly reporting to the global founder and thus gaining deep insights into how start-ups operate globally and how in the particular local environment. Our country managers are young professionals with strong track records whom you can learn a lot from.
Your tasks? Making the business successful, generating profit and building a good reputation for the new business modell! We are still a start-up and there is improvement opportunities across departments. It will provide you with immense opportunities for initiative, creation and leadership.
Requirements
About you
You have finished your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and gained first professional experience
You should be highly motivated with strong interest in entrepreneurship and e-commerce, have the ability to quickly assume a great deal of responsibility, and have the ability to adapt well to an unknown cultural environment
You have an absolute hands-on mentality, strong analytic skills and strong communication skills
You have a clear interest in people and are motivated to work in a start-up environment
Flexibility and speed are also important to you
You are fluent in English
You are excited to work in an inspiring and developing country
