IT Service Desk & Technical Support Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
• Coordinate IT Service Desk and Technical Support team day-to-day activities to ensure end user enquiry for IT related services and issues are attended in timely manner based on defined service level.
• Provide end user first and second level technical assistance and training on usage of IT Infrastructure
• Coordinate issue escalation, tracking and monitoring with relevant support team in IT, third party vendors and/or suppliers.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree from Engineering (Computer/IT/Information System) or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
• Required skill(s): windows os, pc troubleshooting, local area networking lan, customer service care, IT Service Management (ITIL), MS Office.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Service Desk.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

System and Network Administrator

Job Summary:
• Handle design, capacity planning, implementation, day to day monitoring, maintenance and administration of all IT infrastructure systems.
• Ensure all IT infrastructure systems operate in most optimum level functionality, performance, capacity, security and availability.
• Promptly response and troubleshoots system issues.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree from Engineering (Computer/IT/Information System), Electrical Engineering.
• Required skill(s): windows os, aix servers, dhcp, IT Service Management.
• Have certification in MCSF and CCNA
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in System Networking.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System Administration.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
