Job Description:
• Resolve Desktop / Laptop issues
• Maintain inventory of IT items.
• Installation of new software and/or hardware.
• Maintain Wi-Fi, IPBX, Printers, and Fax Machine.
• Access control - finger print.
Requirements:
• Graduated from reputable universities with min GPA 3.00
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
• Preferable has knowledge about SQL Server, Windows Server and .Net
• Ready to face challenges and work hard towards achieving professional excellence
• Has good interpersonal and social skills
• Full-Time position available.
