• Support operational of Oracle E-Business Suite related to Process Manufacturing Solution and Distribution Solution
• Participate in the Development of proper security for all systems that are designed, developed, and/or implemented
• Understands the use of information systems, the importance of business and financial data integrity and security, the need to protect information, and the obligation to follow appropriate security controls
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of Company information and safeguards the security, integrity, and availability of all administered systems and confidential information in the department in accordance with Information Security Policies
• Interface with Enterprise IT Operations, Applications Development, and IT Business units to understand and interpret on-going business needs, storage and reporting requirements, and emerging trends.
• Ensure that there is a database environment that supports these needs and helps develop solutions to meet business objectives
• Manage enterprise databases, creates, physical design, administration, monitoring, tuning, and cloning of development of backup and recovery processes that are designed for optimum speed and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and enforce operational standards, processes, policies and procedures for database applications and database programming
• Provide consultation, assistance, and technical support to all end users. Resolves problems with emphasis on timeliness and efficiency
Requirements:
• Any combination of training, education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering
• 6 to 8 years progressively responsible professional experience implementation of Oracle Process on Manufacturing
• Understand and know how to run features function on Oracle Distribution and Oracle Process Manufacturing
• Professional experience in ERP systems administration and/or ERP workflow and configuration, which includes direct experience managing large teams through upgrades, implementations, and the post implementation administration ERP applications
• Adequate understanding of IT Risk, Compliance, and Information Security
• Experience in application development and/or project management
• Strong analytical skill
• Industrial/manufacturing/auditing experience preferred
• Has strong leadership and communication skill
SAP Programmer Analyst
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Required to develop and support SAP integrations for manufacturing process
• Required to work with our business users and business analyst (both locally and remotely) to define requirements specifications and designs then develop SAP ABAP solutions
• Required to write technical specifications and develop based on the specification, using software industry best practices
• Required to build, test, modify and document software according to stringent design specifications.
• Required to follow rigorous standards for code quality and maintainability
• Required to demonstrate the high degree of adaptability, initiative, resourcefulness, focus and team work required for a very dynamic and fast paced work environment
• Successful candidate will be required to exhibit natural leadership and problem resolution instincts, commitment, and willingness to accept ownership
Job Requirements:
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/relevant discipline
• Experienced as SAP Programmer Analyst for a minimum of 3-5 years (experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage)
• Experienced in at least 2 SAP Implementation Project and/or 3-4 SAP Roll-Out Project as SAP Programmer/Developer
• Having a strong knowledge and analytical skill in 2-3 SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, FI, CO) and able to translate functional requirement into SAP ABAP/BAPI/BADI/Smartforms programming
• Willing to travel across company’s site
• Having a good communication and presentation skill, able to work independently and as a team
• Actively participate and contribute in projects to ensure project delivery
• Perform troubleshooting to each problem and issues related to SAP programs, executing corrective and periodical improvement actions to support business process enhancements
