• Monitor network security events received from monitored servers, and then take appropriate action based on security policy
• Assist customers with security related issues
• Reviewing alerts detected in SIEM tools and escalate any suspicious event
• Responsible for troubleshooting related with software security issues
• Perform analysis of log files, includes forensic analysis of system resource access
• Carrying out all activities regarding SOC policies and SOC procedures
• Daily report and analysis for any alert/offense detected

• Developing subject matter expertise in topics to include: network, database, wireless and application security assessments, and adversarial network operations
• Researching and analyzing known hacker methodology, system exploits, and vulnerabilities to support methodology development and execution
• Utilizing a variety of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools
• Effectively communicating successes and obstacles with fellow team members and leaders
