Job Description :
The 12-week internship program gives you the opportunity to learn the business in real world settings. Throughout the program, you will be:
1. Exposed to real business situations. Get immersed in real product / marketing / engineering / operations teams and situations with all the thrills, and learn from it.
2. Drive and execute real projects. Create immediate impact by delivering real projects that will highly influence the outcome of our business.
Successful interns will be granted full-time employment at Konsula.
Responsibility :
Specifically as an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Develop strategy for the customer handling activities, including business process improvements and creation of a more efficient standard operating procedures
2. Liaise with product, engineering and other team to give active input on how product should be developed from customer’s perspectives
Requirements :
Desired qualifications:
1. Fresh graduate with GPA > 3.5 from engineering or business major
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Strong knowledge of operations management, organizational effectiveness and optimization
