Collection Supervisor - Jakarta Barat
Job Description :
Responsible for overseeing his team of Bill Collectors. A Bill Collector attempts to collect payment on overdue bills. The Collection Supervisor ensures his staff is meeting Production Goals, complying with Company Standards and Federal Collection Laws and generally performing the essential functions of their position.
Candidates Required : 1 Male & 1 Female
Unit Head - Jakarta Barat
Job Description :
• Ensure that Microfinance Credit Operations are in compliance with the credit policy.
• Ensure staff is adequately trained to assess the requirements of customers.
• Formulate groups of persons desiring to obtain Microfinance Loan and receive Loan Applications.
• Ensure that Loan Applications.
• Ensure that previous Loan has been fully paid off by the borrower prior to processing of fresh application.
