Responsibilities

Great understanding of product knowledge
Attending to customers enquires, feedbacks and complains
Going extreme extend to make customers happy and satisfied
Attending to calls as well as online support chat
Recording reports and keep track of all cases
Following up any pending case and resolve them at the fastest, earliest possible time

Requirements

Good at communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bahasa)
Comfortable speaking to any strangers

Plus Point:

Have previously worked in Service Industry
Hospitality academic background
