IT Support

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handling troubleshooting for computer hardware or software, networling and database
• Handling computer program and application instalation
• Maintenance PC and networkÌng
• Willing to mobile and visiting store
• Develop and maintain database systems

Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Bachelor in Information Technology / Information Engineering from reputable university
• Experience as Technical Support, preferably in F&B or retail industry in an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Strong analytical, detailed, innovative problem solving and good follow up
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Technical Consultant


JOB DESCRIPTION
• Be a part of project team member and provide solutions on technical related duties and or issues.
• Receive clients call and answer their queries.
• Interract directly to the clients and solve their product related problems.
• Ensure that the client's system is working properly and optimally.
• Provide technical assistance to clients in case of trouble, analyse and find the cause of the problem and deliver effective and immediate solutions.
• Provide status feedback to immediate superior after providing services.
• Study and analyze existing problem, find solution, and provide preventive measures to avoid recurrence issues.
• Able to explain clearly the cause and its resolution to the clients.
• Support sales team on pre-sale of the product.
• Work as a team to resolve problems and issues.
• Perform a maintenance check on clients on a regular basis.
• Develop additional application if it is required as an add-on to the core product with a proper methodology efficiently.

Requirements :

• Candidndidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language: English and Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Exceptionally good in verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good knowledge about customer service and support ethic.
• Good skills to organize, coordinate, and work as a team member.
• Technical capabilities on SQL Language, Oracle Database, Networking, .NET/ Delphi/ PHP, Chrystal Reports, Windows Server/ XP/ 7
• Having on hands working experience in a retail company is a valuable advantage.
