• Responsibilities:
o You will lead the CRM initiative and strategy in our clients business.
o Achieves the highest levels of quality and standards for personal and team artifacts
o Transfers knowledge to client, project and discipline to team members and peers.
o Recognizes project issues and elevates them to the appropriate project team members with suggested, well thought out solutions
o Rapidly establishes credibility at all levels within the client.
o Consistently looks for ways that the client can improve their current CRM initiatives.
o Provides research and analysis for digital/web-based/social media/ mobiles campaigns and initiatives that integrate with client digital marketing and industry best practices for maximum marketing results.
o Understand industry/market intelligence and knowledge of best practices.
o Development of primary strategy artifacts, including: − CRM Strategy Reports − Implementation Plans − Communication Plans − Audience Profiles − User Scenarios − Feature Roadmaps
o Determine best measures of success and performance for initiatives
• Requirements:
o Must have Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other related field.
o 1+ years experience as a Marketing or Digital Strategist at Digital Agency (Fresh graduates are welcome)
o Have an awesome knowledge and experienced in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) initiative and CRM software.
o Familiar with Google Analytics and other analytics software.
o You are a data geek and can analyse the insights behind the data.
o Ability to present the insights from the data, and can suggest the best CRM ideas for clients.
o Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
o Must up-to-date with the latest CRM and Digital Marketing trends, techniques, and technologies
Front - End Developer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Job Description :
o Develop functional and appealing web applications based on usability
o Provide website maintenance and enhancements
o Use a combination of markup languages to write web pages
o Create quality mock-ups and prototypes on tight timelines
o Assist back-end developers in coding and troubleshooting
o Create cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms
o Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product's interface
o Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
o Promote usability best practices
• Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
o Required skill(s): scripst, Java, HTML, PHP, CSS.
o Understanding of layout aesthetics and a rigor for programming are prerequisites in the front-end web developer job description. This unique expertise combines user interface (UI) know-how with CSS, JavaScript, HTML and PHP proficiency.
