• Performing, capacity plan, day to day monitoring, patch & upgrade, maintenance and administrator of IT Infrastructure
• Provide technical expertise for supporting project operation, enhancement and troubleshooting
• Consistently provide regular system report for IT system performance, capacity, issue/problem daily, weekly and monthly
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
• Holding ITIL Certification
• At least 2 year experience in related fields
• Capable in Windows Server technology, TCP IP, Security, Windows operating System
• Familiar with Java Programming
• Familiar with monitoring tools such as BMC, CA, Solarwind, and TWS (Tivoli / Unicenter) will be an advantage
• Willing to work shift condition
• Interpersonal and Communication skill
• Good Communication in English
• Willing to work hard dan work under pressure
IT Servidesk Spesialist/Agent Vas/CRM
Responsibility
• Handling ticket that unsolved at agent
• Monitoring Application Availability
• Escalate ticket to related parties
• Update Knowledge to 2nd level
• Share Knowledge to agent
Skill
• Minimum knowledge on ITIL
• Putty
• Toad
• shellscript
• Understand about Telco Industries especially on Telkomsel Product and Service
Interpersonal Skill
• Creative, accurate, independent and team worker
• Have analyzing and solving problem skill
