He/she will be responsible in providing IT Support functions to all business units, including operations of computer hardware, software, and network, in a multi-platform environment (MS Windows and Linux), internal applications, email and website.
We are expecting the candidate to have the following criteria :
• Diploma degree Computing Science/Information Management/Information Technology with minimum GPA 2.75
• Advanced skills in office automation, maintenance & troubleshooting of computer hardware, software and network
• Experienced as IT Support Staff in multi-platform environment for at least 1 year
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work with various level of management
• Fluent in English both in written and oral
• Willing to work under pressure in meeting assignments deadline
• Willing to travel around Indonesia for a short term assignments
