Web Programmer (ASP.NET, C#)
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Mandatory Required skill(s): C#, ASP.NET, JAVA, VB.Net.
• Should have expertise on Website Programming, and another programming activity
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience as Web Programmer.
• Preferably specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

Network Engineer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Wide Area Network (WAN), Cisco Routers, Microsoft Exchange Server, Local Area Network (LAN), & others.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience as network engineer both project and operation in Infrastructure..
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System or equivalent.

Job Description :

• Provide support to follow up to-do item as assigned by BRM or SM to meet customer satisfaction.
• Provide assistance, support, and profesional analysis to resolve customer complain immediately as assigned by SM to meet customer satisfaction.
• Provide assistance, support and profesional opinion on improvement based on CS survey feedback to meet customer statisfaction.
• Provide data to SM regarding product/service defect to maintain the SLA/OLA/SLT/RPO/RTO defined and achieve excellent service quality.
• Conduct technical support in DR system within range time to achieve SLA/RPO/RTO.
• Provide and analyze required data and information related to Service Reporting.
• Support by providing & preparing all valid data & information required to conduct sizing & scoping activity in Network and communication area to ensure that the service performance achievements meet.
• Perform technical action and assistance required including technical proven concept to resolve incident in timely manner as assigned by Incident Manager to achieve SLA/OLA/RPO/RTO defined.
• Perform corrective action in high/medium/low priority as planned and defined by IT Security Manager to achieve excellent service quality.
• Supply and collect information to identify problem.
• Conduct release planning, deployment, and evaluation in order to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Support and provide current data to establish configuration in order to provide excellent customer service.
• Provide support for SIP Proposal to improve the current service.
• Conduct service improvement implementation to improve the current service.
• Develop and establish implementation and verification of backup methodology solution in regular basis in order to achieve SLA.
• Control and ensure implementation and verification of monitoring methodology solution in regular basis in order to achieve SLA.
• Plan, ensure implementation and review of maintenance methodology in regular basis in order to achieve SLA.

Budget Control Officer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from reputable university.
• Mandatory Required skill(s): Advance Ms. Excel (Pivot Table, Macro, others formula), Budget Management, Accounting and financial analysis, Financial Audit, Budget Planning And Control.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pulomas.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Job Descriptions :
• Conduct auditee activity to ensure completeness & correct data given to auditor
• Provide support for Sales report preparation in order to conduct monthly financial report
• Consolidate budget from service managers and Unit heads to ensure the requirements needed is completed
• Provide consultation for ROI initiation, change request, and Annual budget revision in order to ensure the requirement needed is completed and accurate
• Conduct monthly monthly review Service Budgeting in order to ensure financial performance of services is on budget
• Provide data during annual review service monitoring in order to ensure financial performance of services is on budget
• Support in gathering indirect cost data component from ERP system for HR selling price calculation purpose
• Conduct calculation of additional external cost to complete for project in order to get accurate project total cost
• Conduct cost and revenue recognition calculation for project in order to get proper project revenue recognition
• Support for reviewing P/L for each project/service in order to get proper project revenue recognition
• Support for reviewing bill of project generated by PM in order to get proper bill of project
• Create Project Code in ERP System & Timesheet, Input Total Budget in Timesheet, Input Detail Budget per Month in Timesheet in order to get proper total budget in timesheet
• Support in Controlling/Monitoring project Budget vs Actual, Reporting Profit and Loss of Project in order to ensure the profitability analysis of project
• Responsible Budget Tools project implementation
