• At least 3 years experience selling enterprise software solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of sales and marketing in software industry
• You should enjoy working under pressure to deliver targeted results
• You should have good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good or fair English skill—all proposals are written in English.

The Role
This is a challenging role for an energetic and result-focused person to sell our world-class ERP and HRIS software solutions for the small and mid size market.
Job Description :
• Source, identify and profile customers
• Approach customers following a solutions selling methodology
• Provide company profile and product demonstrations with our Presales consultant
• Identify project scope
• Prepare proposal for the client
• Perform negotiations for sales within company guidelines
• Maintaining the relationship with the clients to see potential new sales.
• Provide product knowledge training to other sales staff, partners and distributors

To generate revenue to meet the sales target—while maintaining our standard of professionalism.
