1. System Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Provides onsite and phone support to customers
• Define root cause and action plans to fix customer problem
• Troubleshoot the customer problem
• Responsible for installation server, storage, backup, etc
• Provides documentation to customer
• Provides hands-on training to customer
Requirements:
• Male, max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree major in IT or equivalent from reputable university with GPA min 2.75 out of 4.00
• Strong technical skills with current technologies and industry trends is an advantages
• Have experiences in (Cisco, HP, EMC, Dell, Vmware & Microsoft) implementation is an advantages
• Have own certification (Cisco, HP, EMC, Dell, Vmware & Microsoft) is an advantages
• Have own vehicle
• Excellent with Microsoft Office and Visio
• Good in english, both oral and written
• Able to work as team
• Fast learner and hard worker
• Salary on negotiation
2. Network Engineer
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Able work well in under pressure situation
• Can work individually or in a team
• Having a very good knowledge in concept in TCP/IP, internet application, networking & data communication, Routing & Switching
• Having knowledge and familiar with Cisco Router / Switch Products and Technologies
• Having good communication skill
• Minimum certificate is CCNA or have knowledge about Cisco Configuration
