1. Personal Assistant To Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Make travel, conference, and training arrangement
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, documents and correspondence
• Conduct research and compile data for Manager’s needs
• Plan and organize meeting and appointments schedule
• Organize and maintain files and documents
• Record minutes meeting
Qualifications:
• Age 23-28 years
• Minimum Diploma degree or Bachelor degree in anyfiled but prefereably in Technical Industry
• Minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Attractive appearance and pleasant personality
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, innovative, proactive, adaptable and customer-oriented
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to organize and prioritize different tasks under pressure and time constraints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-savvy
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

2. People Development Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage performance management process from performance planning, coaching, and performance review
• Manage end-to-end assessment process including : psychological assessment & interpretation , competency-based assessment
• Assist Manager in people development strategy such as : talent management, career development, competencies based HRM, and learning & development
• Develop and continuously improve assessment tools & methodologies according to Human Resources Strategy
• Conduct competencies mapping and analysis for all positions in the organizations
• Prepare monthly performance and assessment report
Requirement:
• Age 25-28 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field, preferably have previous experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Good knowledge of Competency-Based Human Resource Management
• Good leadership, highly responsible, innovative, proactive, have strong desire to learn, and passionate in people development
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Willing to work at Jatiuwung, Tangerang
3. Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities :
• Melakukan perencanaa dan evaluasi proses produksi terhadap target produksi
• Melakukan supervisi dan pembagian tugas terhadap team bawahan
• Improvement sistem maupun 5S & kaizen
• Membuat laporan harian
Qualifications :
• Usia 23 - 35 tahun
• Mampu menguasai sistem kerja mesin produksi
• Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik mesin
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai supervisor produksi dipabrik furniture/manufacturing
• Menguasai perencanaan dan proses produksi
• Mempunyai inisiatif yang tinggi
