Job Description
• Develop and implement system according to software development standard and best practice
• Develop high quality software code in accordance with established company standard and development guidelines
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing system and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging the system
Requirments
• Maximum 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Required skills: SQL Programming, VB Net, Oracle, network system or JAVA
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently as well as good team member
• Applicants must be willing to work in Daan Mogot,Tangerang.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

• Act as point of contact for new hires and provide all details for on boarding / orientation.
• Track daily recruitment results and reports.
• Making Assessment / Selection report.
• Doing Final Interview & administer working aggreement.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Master Degree / Profession Psychology preferred.
• Age maximum 32 years old
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
