Web UI/UX Designer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Gathering, developing and presenting design ideas and design brief base on gathered information and data, and the company's needs interpretation.
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and company.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas on anything related to design work and producing accurate and high quality work.
• To contribute in the development of IT Department particularly design programs and to work as a team with other IT team members such as programmers, graphic designers, data entry team.
• To assist and work together on related design tasks with other department within the company such as Marketing, Merchandising, or others, anytime when required.
• To support and assist the IT Manager and other colleagues as part of team work
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent or higher, majoring in Computer Science or related discipline
• Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and associated design tools
• Understands Web Designs Concept, online media & visual communication
• A basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Ability to create wireframes
• Creative & innovative
• Experience with user interface design patterns
• A basic knowledge of English (written & verbal)
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Able to work under pressure and multitask environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Web UI/UX Designer
Project Manager
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Planning, implementing, coordinating, controlling and evaluating the project from beginning to end so that the project can be handed over to the customer in accordance with the goals and scope of project work, work quality criteria, completion time, quality of services, and resources (people and budget) that has been agreed
• Solving problems that occur in the Project in order to run the project on time
• Making project report so that the project progress can be monitored
Requirements:
• Education minimum D3/S1 from Information Technology/ Information System/ Computer Science or relevant major disciplines
• Can lead small to medium development team
• Having 2 years’ experience as IT Project Manager/Coordinator or 3 years as IT Engineer
• Deeply understand SDLC
• Good understanding of ecommerce industry
• Having Project Management knowledge
• PMP certified is an advantage
• Having good communication skill & good attitude
• Having good leadership, problem solving skill, and decision making
• Having good team building skill
• Having ability for fast adaptation
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve target in timely manner
• Familiar with Project Management Tools (Teamwork/Basecamp/JIRA/MS Project)
• Good in English both written and spoken
Backend Programmer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Developing, implementing and maintaining company's website(s) including its applications, systems and versions
• Developing and implementing new systems and/or application of the website including its functionality and usability
• Assisting in the maintaining, planning, developing and implementation of the company's IT infrastructure
• Supporting and assisting the IT Manager and other colleagues as part of team work
Requirements for Backend Programmer:
• Minimum of 4 years PHP experience
• Minimum Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Science (Computer Science)
• Strong coding skill in PHP
• System analysis knowledge
• MySQL knowledge
• Advance knowledge in jQuery, Ajax, Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Expert in one of these frameworks; Zend/CI/Yii/Cake/Kohana
• Experience in customizing open source applications
• Experience with Magento is a big plus
• Effective communication in English
