• To provide support activities either remotely or on site. Rotaional 24x7 standby required
• To provide profesional services including project management, implementation, testing, migration, and system dokumentation of project
• To provide periodic preventive maintenance on customer’s system
• Offer technical advices to customer and follow up on trouble ticket till a satisfactory solution is concluded
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required certification : f5 certification, infoblox certification, Paloalto Certification.
• Understand and have skill for security system such as F5, Infoblox and Palo Alto
• Required language(s): English

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Network Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Holding Network certification such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS-SP, JNCIS-ENT, JNCIS-SEC
• Good understanding and good knowledge of IP related protocols in the IP Network, ethernet, spanning tree, TCP/IP , UDP, VLANs, Routing, MPLS
• Experience in deploying communication products in a customer requirement
• Working experience in OSS/BSS Team ( monitoring, alarming, provisioning, and reporting) and the underneath NMS Protocols
• Comprehensive understanding of network topology to include function of routers, firewalls, switches, load balancers, circuits , etc is required
• Understand and familiar with security system such as F5, Arbor, Infoblox, Paloalto
