DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Educate customer about product knowledge (by presentation or by phone)
• Update new & upcoming products to sales team
• Gather customer’s requirements
• Create proposal of solution to customers
• PoC (Proof of Concept) or make demonstration to customer
• Maintain relationship with vendor & customer
• Help sales team in delegating opportunity to sales admin
• Request quotation to vendor
• Compare pricing & look for best vendor
• Request purchase to vendor for customer
• Monitor delivery items
• Monitor implementation process
Requirements:
• Maximum age 30 years old
• D3/S1 in Computing Science/ Information of Technology/ Informatics Management
• Minimum GPA: 2.88
• Minimum 1-3 years experiences in IT company (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Good presentation skill and Confidence
• Fast learner, proactive and creative
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Fluent in Japanese speaking is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written
• Having knowledge about IT literacy such as software, hardware, networking
• Know how to use Adobe Photoshop/ Corel Draw/ Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
IT Support Engineer

• Support & service customer networks
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
• Manage & maintain customer network with standard policy
• Reporting to Manager
Requirements :
• Maximum age 28 years old
• Bachelor degree from IT reputable university.
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Able to work independently or team work, under pressure, well-organized, Achievement-oriented, meticulous, strong analytical, proactive, able work individually or part of team, mature and independent in solving problem, committed with a sense of urgency
• Self confident, interpersonal skill, helpful person, honest
• Good communication in English

Skills/Qualifications:
• Familiar with Microsoft Product: Windows Server, Windows OS, MS Office, MS Visio, LAN Switching (Cisco), PC & Server HW/SW troubleshooting, Monitoring & Reporting

• Install all new hardware, system and software for servers
• Support administration of servers and server clusters
• Manages back-up and restore system
• Manage emal , user account, permissions, anti virus and antispam
• Report to Supervisor
Requirements
• Male
• Age < 28 years old
• Bachelor degree from IT reputable university
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to write and speak English
• Communicative, hard worker, honest and loyal
• Strong technical knowledge in server and storage configuration
• Familiar with MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory and MS Exchange, VMware, LINUX, DHCP, SQUED (please mention in your CV)
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar area
• Familiar with backup and virtualization product (please mention in your CV)
• Familiar with TrendMicro AV
