Job Description :
• Handle incoming and outcoming source code and document related with the projects.
• Ensure the projects are run in compliance’s organization’s requirements.
• Collaborate with internal team and vendor to ensure applications run well and ready to be passed to user.
• Administering, tracking, and reporting overall project progress.
• Assist supervisor to prepare project progress or presentation.
• Establishing and maintaining project document library.
• Assist supervisor to prepare audit
Requirements :
• Maximum 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): project administrator, admin support, documentation skill, communication skill, computer literate (Ms.Office & Microsoft Outlook).
• Required language(s): English both oral and written.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have strong customer orientation.
• Have good interpersonal communication and good attitude.
• Able to work in team and individual.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
