IT Policy and Procedure Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensures work flow system accommodated properly.
• Ensuring the availability / updated technical documentation on any existing applications.
• Controlling all IT division activities is in accordance with SOP.
• Documentation for any deviation activities in IT division.
• Analysis over data to detect errors or fraud indication.
• Perform testing over client system to make sure it comply with client policy and procedure.
• Re-engineering SOP in IT division.
• Design and execute all IT policies and procedures to design all IT infrastructures and maintain compliance to all standards and policies and administer efficient working or all IT equipment’s and hardware and manage all communication with operation management team.
• Determine and implement various IT procedures and assist to integrate various processes to new and existing system and prepare all user specifications and perform tests on all applications according to technical specifications.
Requirements :
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year programming experience (preferably in ASP.NET web applications)
• Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in utilizing : RDBMS Database (MS SQL / Oracle / MY SQL 2005 / 2008), application of software testing, Visual Studio .NET
• Experience with writing SQL queries
• Minimum In-depth understanding of software design principles and techniques
• Strong analytical skills, creative thinking ability, and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills. Must communicate with all levels of the organization, including team members, management, customer and third-party vendor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Ability to work under pressure
IT Compliance Specialist
• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Define IT standard and procedure, bring new ideas to optimize IT process and improve effectiveness
• Partner with internal audit and other control groups to assess, develop, and monitor adherence to internal controls, and policies and procedures
• Work together with each unit to create / update Policy and Procedure, kept in hardcopy and softcopy in a structured secured folder
• Coordinate all compliance activity from internal and external parties to IT Department
Prepare, collect, organize, and maintain all document / evidence required to support regular audit
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
• Technical proficiency in IT policy, procedure and compliance
• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
• 4 years relevant experience in IT policy, procedure and compliance
• Excellent high performance leadership and management skills
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills adapted for a range of audiences
• Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
