Geospatial Business Unit
Geospatial Business Unit (GBU) Head is responsible for the business of VTL’s Geospatial solutions to be continuously profitable and growing.
Responsibilities
• Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise and pricing to enable them to sell VTL’s Geospatial solution and services.
• In charge for reviewing Geospatial products to ensure the sales teams are kept up to date on new developments regarding VTL’s Geospatial or competitor products.
• Lead and manage Product Development Team, Geospatial Analysts and Presales.
• Drive the teams for goals achievement through effective communication, positive attitudes and team collaboration.
Requirements
• Hold bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Geodetic, GIS, or a related field.
• Have minimum 5 year experiences as manager.
• Have 2 or more year experiences in leading a development team.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience in software development life cycle.
• Demonstrate a strong communication and presentation skill.
• Be a problem solver and enjoy teamwork.
System Engineer
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our infrastructure team. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability and performance.
Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain hardware, operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Create and deliverable documentation system
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows/UNIX /Linux based environments.
• Solid Cloud experience and server/storage skill set
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
• Must have valid certificate (Microsoft/EMC/Cisco/HP/VMware)
Accou nt Manager (IT Sales)
Responsibilities:
• Have the ownership, responsibility, accountability and discipline for account management.
• Establish & manage business relationship in private sector account market areas and targeted new customers or business opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities, assess client’s needs and requirements, and make proffer follow-up to ensure optimum responses.
• Achieve the sales revenue targets through servicing of existing key accounts clients and new customers.
• Present weekly pipelines progress/reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT sales field.
• Have existing accounts clients in Private Sector.
• Good knowledge in IT products especially Blade Server, Storage, Networking and
• Security.
• Able to work independently, based on priority and achievement orientation.
• Able to work under high-pressure conditions and tight time constraints.
• Enthusiasm, attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of projects are necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• English well spoken and written.
• Team player, fast learner, honest.
• Own vehicle (mandatory).
