Job Summary:
Perform design, coding/ development, testing, enhancement, maintainance, production support and documentation for IT systems / applications such as but not limited to corporate websites, agency/customer portal, learning management system, sales tools, CRM and other new modules
Job Description:
• Translate business requirement into IT system/application functional design and provide corresponding documentation
• Perform coding/development and required setup based on approved system/application design
• Carry out unit testing, system integration testing and support for user acceptance test activities
• Conduct day to day production support for IT system / application maintenance, enhancement, issue investigation, troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Provide required support for project planning and execution
• Ensure accurate IT system/application documtation such as but not limited to functional and specification design, database entity relationship diagram, usage manual, integration diagram, process flowchart, etc
• Continously explore and recommend improvement or new emerging technology in IT system/application
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Posses advanced skills and experience in:
o Software Programming (either PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, CSS, HTML5, Javascript)
o Mobile application development (either Rhomobile, Phonegap, Xamarin, Adobe Air & Flash)
o International web standards and protocols.
o Database (either MySQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgre, SQL Server).
o Windows Server OS, Linux Redhat OS and/or other flavour of UNIX
• Proficience in software development life cycle process and secure coding best practises
• Understand and capability to apply MVC programming model
• Experience, skills, and knowledge in CRM will be a great advantage
