1. Business Intellegence Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Head of Business Intelligence
• Work closely with local and regional management
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
• Assisting with the business case
• Perform reporting and develop new KPIs across various departments
• Generate insights, highlight observations, make recommendations to management
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science
• Preferable familiar with computer skill (SQL, C++, Advance PostgreSQL, MySQL, Visual Basic Analytics,Javascript)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required, experience in web scraping is an asset
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable following up with individuals in other departments to obtain information
• Strong quantitative skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to see metrics in the context of the business as a whole; not just a numbers person
• Ability to multi-task, work independent, proactive, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

2. Junior IT Operations
Responsibilities :
• Backup contact person for warehouse back end systems
• Communicate with regional support if problems with the back end systems
• Replicate / reproduce issues experienced by users , and final solutions
• Cooperate with OPS Improvement Team with regards to warehouse / operations process
• Training users on how to use the back end systems
• Support Operations department in automating business process
Skills/Qualifications :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Genuine interest in IT Systems, programming and building tools - advantage if can show own work of the highest standards
• Motivated . ambitious and hard-working, you don't go home before the work is done
• Good english reading / writing skill, acceptable english conversationla skill
• 1-2 years working experience in a corporate setting is an advantage

3. Graphic Designer
ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES :
• Initiate ideas in producing marketing communication design pieces both print and digital.
• Collaborate with marketing creative team and other related cross function departments to develop creative solutions and translate it through variety of channel.
• Ensure the maketing communication design's quality meet qualifications and ensure the job assignment is done before the dateline.
• Analyze current market trends and proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals
REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Arts, Creative/Graphics Design, Marketing major study preferred.
• Having minimum 4 years working experiences in an in-house marketing creative design department or design firm.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustratior is a must.
• Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography.
• Great communication, time management and problem solving skills.
• Easy to adapt and quick learner type of person.
• Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for Zalora as well as our multiple clients.
• A dynamic, results driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and able to work well in a tight dateline.
