Responsibilities
Identifies training needs analysis, implementation & evaluation for employees development program
Building & maintaining of relationships with third party (Campus hiring/Educational Institution, Jobfair, training provider, etc) for manpower fulfillment and development
Plan, organize and develop recruitment process.
Implement of Human resource policies and procedures.
Requirements
Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree of Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
FEMALE - maximum 40 years old
At least 2 years' working experience in the same field in the IT Industry
Good communication, good planning and organizing skill
Fluent in Bahasa & English both oral and written
Hands on experience in area of personnel administration (performance appraisal, employee evaluation, etc), Industrial Relations, couching and counseling
Understand and able to implement all of the HR process such as: recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, rewards management and organizations development.
