Team Lead Business Intelligence
HappyFresh is a new, fast-growing food eCommerce company in South East Asia. We enable customers to order a full assortment of high quality, fresh groceries from their favourite supermarkets via a mobile app and have them delivered to their doorstep in the next hour. Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for our business intelligence strategy, especially with regard to the development of our data warehouse, choice of tools and recruiting of the business intelligence team
Managing and developing our business intelligence team
Carrying out ad-hoc analysis and providing strategy recommendations to the whole organisation (especially top management, marketing, operations and finance) based on statistical analysis of our data sources
Developing internal reporting systems for all business areas
Responsible for the data accuracy across our tracking and analytics systems for our regional operations in multiple countries
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or another related technical discipline
Minimum 3 years professional working experience in a relevant position, ideally for an eCommerce company
Experience in leading a team preferred
Experience in the development of performance analysis reports, with a deep knowledge of Excel
Experience of working with at least one web analytics system
A team player,who is results-oriented, structured and analytical with an affinity for numbers
Fluent in English
Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
